That clef that you said was unusual looking, that’s alto-clef. That is what
Violas use for their music. I know this because I play the viola, thus, I
use alto-clef.

I’ve been trying to play bass clef to play the piano since I used to play
clarinet so, it is quite tricky. I really like how easy it was explained.
Now I have to remember that where f is on a treble clef is where a is on
the bass clef
