Katy Perry has hinted she would be available to running for office down the road after meeting former US Presidents, George W Bush and Bill Clinton.

The pop star recently attended the annual World May Hear Gala in Minnesota, pictured in the event using the 42nd and 43rd Presidents of the United States. In a caption together with the image, Perry wrote: “42, 43, 46?!”

The singer has previously expressed her intention to back Hilary Clinton for being the 45th President. Last year, she said that they would write a layout song for Clinton’s Presidential campaign.

Meanwhile, Perry recently suggested that Taylor Swift “capitalises about the take down of women” following her rival’s criticism of Nicki Minaj.

Perry wrote on Twitter: “Finding it ironic to parade the pit women against other women argument about united unmeasurably capitalises about the take down of your woman”.

Perry was making reference to Swift’s recent single ‘Bad Blood’, rumoured to get written about Perry herself and referencing their uneasy relationship.
